CED Education in Nova
Scotia
More and more Nova
Scotians are learning about CED. Educational opportunities for adults
include everything from introductory certificates to advanced diplomas
and degrees. Even our youth are learning how CED works. Grade 9 students
in Nova Scotia now learn about CED as part of their Grade 9 Social Studies
course "Atlantic Canada in the Global Community."
Entrepreneurship
education is also advancing CED in Nova Scotia. At the Centre
for Entrepreneurship Education and Development (CEED), young people
are getting help and finding out what it takes to start their own business.
Other institutions offer education and support for small business development.

institutions across the province. Nova Scotia's Grade 9 curriculum on
CED and links to sites on entrepreneurship education are also included.
