Community Enterprise Network (SENCEN) SENCEN is an information technology (IT) partnership of the Strait Regional School Board and the Strait Highlands, Antigonish and Guysborough Regional Development Authorities. Operating over 68 public access computer sites in communities across four counties, SENCEN is introducing rural people across four counties to opportunities for business development and CED through the use of IT.
