Development Canada in Nova Scotia Human Resources Development Canada (HRDC) is the federal government department that helps Canadians prepare for, find and keep work. Established in 1905 by an Act of the Provincial Legislature, the UNSM is mandated to represent "the interests of local governments in the Province, and support and enhance strong and effective Municipal Government in Nova Scotia". |
